As a result, IFG offers a wide range of employee benefit plans designed to support and promote wellness to our employees and their families. We want our employees to be engaged in their jobs and communities, be proactive in managing their physical health, and ultimately achieve their highest level of well-being.


Below are brief summaries of our current benefit offerings. (In the eve​nt of any inconsistency between these summaries and the actual terms of the benefit plans, the benefit plans shall govern.)

Your Choice of Medical Plans

We offer all eligible full-time and part-time employees the option to elect one of three medical plans.  One of these plans includes a Health Savings Account (HSA) which provides an opportunity to set aside money for all eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses. Each medical plan provides 100% coverage for in-network preventive care for you and your covered dependents.  


Dental and Vision Plans

We offer all eligible full-time and part-time employees and their eligible family members the option to elect to participate in a dental and/or vision plan. For both dental and vision, there are cost-saving options for both in-network and out-of-network providers. 


Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

We offer all eligible full-time and part-time employees the option to elect to set aside pre-tax earnings into a Healthcare FSA and/or a Dependent Care FSA to cover eligible health and/or dependent care expenses not covered by insurance. For those who are enrolled in the HSA, we offer a limited purpose FSA as well, that will cover all eligible vision and dental expenses.

Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Plan

Life insurance is an important part of your financial security, especially if others depend on your for support. As an IFG employee, you are provided with coverage under our Basic Life and AD&D insurance plan at no cost to you! The amount of coverage provided is 1X your base salary up to a maximum of $300,000. 


Basic Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Plans

We understand that our employees’ income is their most important financial asset. Many Americans have little to fall back on if an injury or illness prevents them from working. As an IFG employee, you are provided with coverage under our Basic Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability plans for non-work-related illnesses and injuries at no cost to you! Our short-term and long-term disability insurance plans help our employees stay afloat while they recover. Our STD insurance plan covers 60% of earnings up to a $3,000 weekly maximum and our LTD insurance plan covers 60% of monthly earnings up to a monthly maximum of $10,000. 


Additional Benefits Offered For You & Your Family


Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance Coverage

In addition to the Basic Life & AD&D policy, all eligible full-time employees may elect to purchase additional coverage under the Life and AD&D insurance plan. Employees have the option to elect up to a maximum of lesser of 5x salary or $500,000. The guarantee issue amount is $200,000 for all new hires during their first 31 days of eligibility. 


Dependent Life Insurance

All eligible full-time employees may elect to purchase life insurance coverage for their spouse or eligible children (6 months – 19 years). For spousal coverage, employees have the choice to elect $5,000 or $10,000 dependent life insurance. For child coverage, employees have the choice to elect $2,500 or $5,000. 


Short-Term Disability (STD) Tax Benefit

In the event that you have a qualifying short term disability claim, the new STD Tax Choice Benefit provides employees with the option to collect their employer-paid short term disability benefits tax-free. This is offered to all eligible full-time employees. 


Individual Disability Supplemental Plan (IDI)

All eligible full-time employees may elect to purchase our Individual Disability Supplemental Plan (IDI). In combination with the employer-paid LTD plan offered that covers up to 60% of your income, this plan allows employees to replace up to 75% of their income. This plan is offered on a one-time basis with one enrollment period per year. 


Long-Term Care Insurance

All eligible full-time employees and eligible family members may enroll in the Long-Term Care insurance plan. This plan allows employees to plan for future medical expenses should they become unable to perform the basic activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, etc. There are several options to choose from to fit your needs.

401(k) Plan

After two (2) calendar months of continuous service, all eligible full-time employees may choose to enroll into our 401(k) plan. We will match 50% of deferrals, up to 5% of compensation to a maximum contribution of $5,000 per participant. The company may, at its discretion, elect to make a qualified matching or profit sharing contribution. 


PTO (Paid Time Off)

Here at IFG, we understand the importance of work-life balance. We offer a variety of paid-time off options including: vacation time, sick days, personal days, a birthday holiday, company holidays, a floating holiday of your choice, and much more! 


Parental Leave

Here at IFG, we know and understand the value of bonding with your new child. Our Parental Leave policy covers all eligible full-time employees, regardless of gender, and provides two weeks of paid bonding leave for all new parents. This includes adoptions.  


Educational Assistance Program (s)

We offer education reimbursement for full-time eligible employees after one year of continuous employment. Educational assistance may, at the Company's discretion, be provided for courses of study which are part of a degree program and other courses, whether part of a degree program or not, which, in either case, are directly related to your present job or which will enhance your potential for advancement within the Company (see the handbook for details & eligibility).


Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)

IFG provides all eligible full-time employees and their family members access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  The EAP is a resource for advice and referrals to treatment when an employee or a member of his/her family is facing substance abuse, emotional or financial problems or similar issues. There is no fee to the employee or any of his/her family members for using the EAP.


ID Shield Membership 

As an IFG Employee, you have the option to enroll in ID Shield, an identity theft protection program. Identity theft has been the top consumer complaint filed with the Federal Trade Commission for 15 years straight. Victims are spending an exorbitant amount of time and money dealing with it. The criminals are getting smarter. And they’re not going away. IDShield stands ready to fully restore the identities of its members who've become victims of identity theft.  


Pet Assure Discount Program

Here at IFG, we understand that pets are family too! As an IFG employee, you have the option to enroll in Pet Assure, which offers discounts and instant savings on services and medications for your furry friends.

Separate booklets, available through the Human Resources Department of IFG, describe the benefits summarized only briefly here. Eligibility to participate in, and to receive benefits under, any of the IFG benefit plans and all related matters are governed by the actual formal plan documents and applicable law, as in effect from time to time. The benefit plans described here are those that IFG currently offers and expects to offer in the future; however, IFG reserves the right to amend, modify, replace or terminate any of these benefits at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion.
